Jason E. Kaiser
Jason Kaiser is a group president of Caterpillar Inc., responsible for the Energy & Transportation segment, which includes the Progress Rail Division, Solar Turbines, Large Power Systems Division, Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD), Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division, Electric Power Division, Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine Division, and Electrification & Advanced Power Solutions Division.
Since joining Caterpillar in 2000, Kaiser has held numerous roles in engineering, sales and operations with increasing responsibility across the electric power business. Prior to his current appointment, Kaiser served as senior vice president of the Electric Power Division. He was also the general manager of the Retail Electric Power Solution business for the Electric Power Division.
Kaiser graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
