Jaime Mineart

Jaime Mineart is a senior vice president of Caterpillar Inc., responsible for the Electric Power Division (EPD). She provides global leadership for the electric power generation business, creating energy outcomes for customers through gensets, renewable energy assets, power optimization solutions and aftermarket services leveraging global dealer support under the Cat, MWM and FG Wilson brands.

Prior to her current appointment, Mineart was the vice president and general manager for EPD’s Retail Electric Power business, focused on one megawatt and below products for the Cat and FG Wilson brands. In 2022, Mineart also assumed responsibility for a newly formed Energy Transition Commercial Solutions business globally, including growing Tangent Energy, Hybrid Energy Solutions and power infrastructure for machines.

Mineart graduated from Purdue with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
