Caterpillar Announces Officer Departure
PEORIA, Ill.—Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) announced today that Randy Krotowski, vice president with responsibility for the Global Information Services (GIS) Division and the company’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), has elected to resign from the company to pursue other opportunities. Krotowski’s departure will be effective June 1, 2014.
“Randy has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology field, and we wish him well as he pursues future endeavors,” said Brad Halverson, Caterpillar group president with responsibility for the Corporate Services Division.
Caterpillar will immediately begin a global search to find a new GIS vice president and chief information officer.
