Caterpillar Brazil | Best Place to Work

Caterpillar was named the Best Company to Work For in Brazil in 2020 in the “Large Company” category (over 1,000 employees). Thousands of Brazilian Caterpillar employees in the country watched as the award was announced by the Great Place to Work Institute in an online ceremony broadcast on October 19. The 150 top companies ranked guide will be published in the upcoming issue of the Época NEGÓCIOS magazine.

This is the fourth time Caterpillar was awarded first place; previous awards were in 2019, 2018 and 2009. With the 2020 recognition, Caterpillar is the company in Brazil to remain part of the select top 10 group for the longest time.
