Caterpillar Named One of America’s Best Employers for Women by Forbes

Caterpillar is proud to be named one of America’s Best Employers for Women 2023. Winners were identified in an independent survey from a sample of more than 60,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the United States. The sample included more than 40,000 women.
“Supporting women with programs, role models, mentors and peers are all ways we are working to help attract and retain talent at Caterpillar,” said Caterpillar Chief Human Resource Officer Cheryl Johnson.
