When you submit your company profile in our Supplier Registration Portal, we will categorize your capabilities and send your profile to Caterpillar global procurement and supply chain professionals to provide visibility of your interest in working with Caterpillar. Before applying, please review Caterpillar's Global Data Privacy Statement which describes how Caterpillar collects, stores, uses, and transfers personal information.
After creating a supplier profile, Caterpillar procurement and supply chain professionals will be notified of your interest. As the need arises, if your company offers a product or service we are looking for, we may reach out to you for more information.
No, you cannot add attachments to the Supplier Registration Portal, instead please provide your company website.
Your company profile will be kept on file for an indefinite period. After 12 months, if your company has not been invited to work with Caterpillar as a supplier, your profile will be archived. It is recommended to update your company profile if you haven’t been awarded business after 12 months.
Plans are underway to provide an enhanced user experience that will give you access to update your company profile and supporting documents as well as to provide you additional visibility to the requirements for doing business with Caterpillar.
Caterpillar’s portal for potential and existing suppliers is called Supplier Connect. Within Supplier Connect, potential suppliers can view the high-level requirements for doing business with Caterpillar. For existing suppliers, Supplier Connect is the Supplier's link into all the Caterpillar Enterprise systems and processes we expect Suppliers to adhere to.
Once you submit your company profile, your information will be made available to Caterpillar global procurement and supply chain professionals. If a need arises, Caterpillar employees may review this Supplier Registration Portal for potential suppliers who provide the goods and services we are seeking.
