Finance Foundation Program

Your first four years at Cat Financial will be rotating through intentional assignments and a variety of roles to help you learn our core business and build a strong career foundation.

We're looking for students with a solid educational base in Finance. As a member of the Foundation Program, you will spend your first four years rotating through intentional assignments including customer facing roles, credit roles and specialty roles to help you learn our core business and build a strong career foundation.

Information Services Foundation Program

Spend the first 2-3 years at Cat Financial rotating through various assignments on our application, infrastructure, and security teams—all designed to build a strong career foundation.

We're looking for students with a solid educational base in information technology. As a member of this Foundation Program, you can expect to spend your first 2-3 years at Cat Financial rotating through various assignments on our application, infrastructure, and security teams—all designed to build a strong career foundation.

You will be involved in the expansion of detailed system specifications or on technical support and development projects. You will apply systems and infrastructure solutions to business and technical problems through customer interactions, design, programming, debugging, testing and implementation of automated information technology systems or infrastructure components
