Caterpillar UK, excluding Northern Ireland, compiles data yearly for the United Kingdom (U.K.) Gender Pay Gap Report, which includes the data of three Caterpillar UK legal entities: Caterpillar UK Ltd., Perkins Engines Company Ltd. and Progress Rail Services UK Ltd. The results of the study are available here.
Caterpillar welcomes the opportunity to publish this report following The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. Under this legislation that came into force in April 2017, U.K. employers with more than 250 employees are required to publish their Gender Pay Gap.
